Hey everyone! This is Part 2 of a 3 Part tutorial series I made specifically to show how I make a leather sheath by hand without using a sewing machine or a big expensive grinder. Just some hand tools and a Dremel so anyone can make one with minimal investment. Part 1 goes through the minimum tools necessary for the project, materials needed, how to design and make a template. Part 2 walks through getting the sheath started from cutting it out to getting it prepped for stitching. Part 3 is stitching it up and getting the sheath finished and with polished edges and a beeswax finish to waterproof. The smaller blade is an Outpost EDC with a hand sanded blade and given a patina that is done with mustard that gives it a graffitied look.
