This is a new slim version of the Trapper with metal scales screwed to the tang. This one has brass scales that have a patina giving it a bronze-like color and feel. The screws are nitrided stainless steel. I forged the blade from Stainless San Mai with 410SS on the outside of 80 CrV2 giving it corrosion resistance over most of the blade and a very good edge retention from the core. It also allows for this beautiful contrast when I etch the blade to darken the carbon steel core and you get a striking pattern between the two steels.
It will come with a leather pocket sheath as seen in the pictures above.
