The Cowboy Chef

This is a French Pattern Chef knife in my style that makes a perfect all purpose chef knife in the kitchen. It has a slim profile towards the tip for precision cuts and has a 2 1/4” wide heal for on the board chopping. This chef is great for everything from veggies to meat carving. The blade is ground with a flat grind on left side and a 36” hollow grind on the right side to aid in food release. Everyone needs at least one good kitchen knife and this one is a great place to start.
